Common wealth vs Common health
The Delhi govenment has spent more than 350000 crores for common wealth games, and half of the infrastructure is still incomplete.A country where 50% of the population is poor and majority of them can't afford a two square meal,is spending so lavishly to impress upon the world, that we are also part of the band wagon of developed countries. We are starving but offer aids to countries in case of natural/human disasters. We have welcomed the baton from queen of england, who ruled and churned us for 200 years. They took every thing from this country and made us virtual beggers, which we are till now.We beg to world bank and United states and then spend the alms on nuclear power which hardly can help to feed a starving poor indian, but will bring enormous loss to the nature and mankind.

I had a harrowing experience last week while travelling in Delhi metro to my office. It was packed like a truck of cattle with no space to breathe. It took lot of efforts to move the feet and facilitate some circulation to the lower limbs. Most of the commuters were both sexes of our new Hip-hop generation who were unfazed of what was happening around. They had ear phones plugged in and their fingers dancing on the mobile key pads writing messages and watching photos. They were holding their handsets as if holding life in their hands. After an hour of this horrible journey ,i managed to reach pragati maidan, where from i was supposed to take a rick or a cab to reach my office and on the way i wished, how long will this nightmare continue for Delhites. The roads are choked, metro is packed and flights have to hover around for hours to land here. What's in store for this generation in future

These low floor green and Red buses advocated by Shiela dixit will ultimately choke the common commuters on Delhi roads. On one hand our govt is spending millions on pollution control and global warming and on the other hand they have put these hot-furnances on roads to add to the temperature and wooes of the public.Kudos to these congress volunteers

Peace pollutants
Unwanted honking is a common practise in Delhi.People enjoy doing this without a cause and a reason. It has become a practise of almost every driver to keep on pressing horn whether it is required or not.Delhi which holds the highest number of vehicles in india is no less than a hell of smoke, dust and unwanted noise.Honking disturbs any peace loving driver and frustates your concentration while driving on the killer roads of the capital of our country.Let it be termed as a justified offense and the culprits be legally prosecuted.
